Hair Appointment

    *A 50% deposit is required at the time you schedule your appointment. This is the best wait to eliminate no-shows and spammers. Your deposit goes towards your service.

      First Time Appointment

        • If this will be your first time appointment, we require you schedule a virtual hair expectation session. This will help in understanding your hair goals and expectations. It is required in order to schedule an appointment.


        • The mask mandate has been lifted by the state of North Carolina. We advise you to wear a mask at your discretion.
        • All safety, sanitation and infection control procedures are followed as always in the salon.
        • If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during your service, please alert your service provider immediately.

      Late arrivals

        • Appointments are scheduled to allot for individual time with the service provider. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are running behind schedule, please contact us immediately. 
        • Clients arriving 15 minutes late will incur a $15 fee. Arrivals later than 30 minutes will be asked to adjust service requests or reschedule the appointment in order to honor all following scheduled appointments.


        • We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Your Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment time. Otherise, the deposit is non-refundable unless extreme situation such as death or illness.  

      No-Show, No-Contact

        • If you miss your appointment and do not contact us, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Once two No-Show, No-Calls occur, you will be unable to make any further appointments.

      Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund

        • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know during your appointment or within 24 hours after your service. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

      Right to Refuse Service

        • Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.


        • Only children who are being serviced may be in the salon. The minimum age is 2 years old and up. We do ask that a parent or guardian is with them. If however, during service we see this is preventing the service provider from completing the service, you may be asked to step out.
